Business Bulletin: April 4
STAMFORD-based Artisan Creative will be competiting in the 10th Peterborough Dragon Boat Festival.
The firm, a runner-up at the Mercury Business Awards 2008, was one of the first teams to enter the festival on June 22, on the River Nene beside the city's Key Theatre.
The festival sees various teams competiting in Dragon Boat racing, an ancient Chinese tradition where 16 people paddle a boat with a drummer beating time, along with music and entertainment activities.
Artisan's managing director Annie Harriman said: "We are inviting our families, friends and clients to come down on the day to support us and to have a social day out together. We also see it as a great opportunity to spread the word about Artisan."
