THE excellent customer service provided by a firm of solicitors has scooped them an award.
Stamford-based firm PJH Law won the excellence in client service category of the Law Society's annual Excellence Awards.
Practice assistant Emma Kirby and practice manager Linda Harris picked up the award during the ceremony in Old Billingsgate Market, London.
The firm, based in Wharf Road, impressed judges with its commitment to innovative approaches for ensuring excellence in client service.
Partner in the firm Philip Hyland said: "The award was recognition of the team's hard work and creative approach to service delivery.
"It was particularly appropriate that the two employees at the sharp end of client contact collected the award on behalf of the firm."
