QUALITY work and an unrivalled level of customer service – that's the target of plumber Sven Puttrich, 34, who has launched his new business in the Stamford area.
Operating under the PlumbXpress brand, Sven, of Elgar Way, Stamford, was working as a chef in a Stamford restaurant but was looking for a change of direction. "My aim is to change the negative perception of the plumbing trade by providing quality work and an unrivalled level of customer service," said Sven, pictured right.
He has undergone six weeks intensive training, covering health and safety, plumbing principles, cold water systems, domestic hot water and central heating systems, before starting work, giving him a City and Guilds 6129 qualification, the equivalent of an NVQ Level 2.
