PLANS for three million new homes were the topic of a recent conference.

More than 100 clients and colleagues attended the sixth annual planning conference organised by John Martin and Associates and Hegarty LLP Solicitors at The Haycock in Wansford.
The conference considered the Government's plans for the delivery of an additional three million new homes by 2020 and the introduction of the community infrastructure levy.
Andrew Whitaker, head of planning for the National Home Builders Federation, spoke about the Government's plans and Martin Kingston QC, head of planning and public law group No5 Chambers in Birmingham, spoke on the community infrastructure levy.
Martin Bagshaw, head of planning at John Martin and Associates said: "We are delighted that this was another successful conference thanks to two excellent speakers who delivered such thought provoking talks."
