MASON Patricia Kathleen (Pat) passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 1st February 2012, aged 75 years, surround by her family. A treasured Wife, a loving Mother and doting Nan and Great-nan who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday 17th February 2012, 2.30pm, at Bourne Roman Catholic Church, followed by a private family committal. Family flowers only please.
