WELL-KNOWN artist Alan Oliver has an exhibition of paintings on show at 10 Stamford Road, Oakham from Saturday June 21st as part of the Rutland Open Studios event which coincides with the Oakham Festival and Uppingham Fringe fortnight.
Alan's display features many paintings of Rutland, Venice, Corfu and Stamford – including the one of St Martin's pictured. His opening hours are weekdays 2-5pm, weekends 10am-5pm.

A total of 78 artists are taking part in the event which will last
for four weekends. There is a taster exhibition at The Falcon Hotel in Uppingham today.

WHISPERING Through The Trees art group has an exhibition in Uppingham Methodist Church this weekend from 10am-5pm.

RUTLAND College in Oakham has its annual A level art exhibition which is open today plus Monday and Tuesday from 9am-4pm.

A NEW Arts Cafe at the Rural Training Centre at Owston near Oakham has an exhibition by Great Easton Art Club from tomorrow until July 11.

OAKHAM'S Catmose Gallery has its Final Year Show of local college students' GCSE artwork, from Thursday to July 12.

A DISPLAY of artwork inspired by Leonardo da Vinci will be in the Leonardo Centre at Uppingham School throughout the Fringe.

UPPINGHAM'S Goldmark Gall-ery has an exhibition by Scots/Italian artist Eduardo Paolozzi.
