THIS week is the last opportunity to see Stamford Shakespeare' Company's performance of Richard III at Tolethorpe Hall.
The open air stage is set against an idyllic woodland glade. The raked, 600-seat auditorium with comfortable seating is protected from summer showers by a unique permanent canopy making it the only theatre of its kind in Europe.

Facilities include an on-site car park, a popular picnic area on the lawn, a theatre bar adjacent to a spacious orangery and a 90-seat restaurant enjoyed by theatregoers every summer.

Tickets are £11-£16 and the play rus until Saturday, August 30.
