TV stars will visit the Abbey Lawn in Bourne on Sunday to support a charity football match.
Amanda Mealing who plays Connie in BBC's Holby City will be there with some of her co-stars as the Red Lion XI play against Charity Select XI for the Shaun Porter Memorial Cup, in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
Neil Oglesbee, one of the organisers, said: "We managed to get her to come along as it is one of her chosen charities. She will be presenting the trophy and medals."
The teams compete for a trophy in memory of forklift truck driver Shaun Porter, of Exeter Close, Bourne. He died in August last year aged 32 in a forklift accident at Trackline in Tunnel Bank.
Neil, pictured right with Red Lion manager Darren Andrews, said: "There is a group of us, who are friends, that have organised this. We held something similar last year in October and it will be an annual event."
Neil hopes to raise £1,500. He said: " It would beat last year's amount which was just over a £1,000."
There will be a hog roast, bar, raffle and bouncy castle for the children at the event.
Neil said: "Hereward FM's Thunder team will also be there giving out balloons and doing face painting.
"We are pleased that B and K Taxis have agreed to sponsor the match."
Kick-off is at 1pm and donations will be taken at the gate.
Afterwards there will be a sports quiz at the Nags Head pub in Abbey Road at 7.30pm.
Visit The Red Lion in South Street for more information.
Anyone who wants to donate a raffle prize can call Neil on 07834 825801.
