Bus passes: It's complete nonsense

On the issue of the bus passes for the people of South Kesteven, it just beggers belief to use the daft excuse about the cost to the taxpayer.
Surely we are all taxpayers including myself, who also has a bus pass.
It is a complete nonsense knowing that every Friday my partner boards the bus in Bourne to go to Stamford at 9.15am and has to pay, only to see people board the bus at Ryhall with a pass and travel free.
The whole thing is just a joke.
