A word of warning to the person or persons who are dumping their garden rubbish in the playing field at the rear of Kesteven Road, Stamford.
Fly-tipping is an offence and when caught it can prove very costly and believe me you will be caught.

Take your rubbish to the proper site, it cannot be any more trouble than dumping it in a playing field.

When will the council realise that charging business users for rubbish disposal (ie jobbing builders), always leads to fly tipping.

If YOU had a job as a builder, would you agree to having to pay the council £55 per day just to dump used building materials?
