With regard to our 60s and 70s disco, which took place on September 6, raising money for Sue Ryder Care, and the Addenbrookes Liver Transplant Association, Anne, Lesley and I would like to publicly thank the following for their help and support:
Kay Harrington, for all her creative input; Andy Flynn, Ali Yeates and Suzanne Briars for their help with the hog roast; John and Joyce, from Ketton Sports Club for all their help and support on the night; all the wonderful companies and businesses that supported our raffle; and, everyone who supported our evening with the buying of raffle tickets, and by making the night such a good fun night.

We are overwhelmed by everyone's generosity.

We also want to thank the Mercury and associated magazines for their support of our event.

On behalf of the two charities we thank you all, and are thrilled to say that we raised £1,601 on the night. Maybe we will do it again next year!

Beverley Morris, Anne Harvey and Lesley Stubley
