I would like to thank the spivs, soldiers, farm workers and other civilians who turned out in force for last Saturday's 1940s night at Collyweston village hall.
Thanks to you who joined in, and to Ruzzit Buzzit who decorated the venue and ran the show, it was a hilarious night with the best possible atmosphere.

The village hall committee is also grateful to Northamptonshire Touring Arts and Cultural Community Partnerships for their financial support which made it possible, and in particular to Alan Axon for providing such an unforgettable night.

Who says village hall do's have to be predictable and boring? Not in Collyweston they're not!
