Thanks to crash helpers

May I extend my deepest gratitude to all those kindly folk who gave assistance to a friend and I when the car in which we were travelling was in collision with a motor scooter on Friday, July 4.
Firstly, the gentleman from Barker Signs who stopped and made the road safer for other users by applying gravel to the oil which had come from the scooter.
Secondly, to John Stimpson, of Steadfold Lane, who worked valiantly to try and get the damaged wheel of our car changed for us.
Thirdly, to Trish who allowed Mr Stimpson the use of her phone to ring the garage for us and who then brought us mugs of tea which were received with relish on that hot, sticky day.
Fourthly, the gentleman from Adams and Sons garage in Morcott who also tried to change the wheel but decided the car would have to be recovered by other means and who then took us to my friend's house.
Where would we be without these kindly, public minded citizens? Thank you one and all.
