What: The gardens of Barnsdale were originally built by TV gardener Geoff Hamilton for BBC TV's Gardener's World. Since his death they have been open to the public and include a nursery, different organic gardens and unusual plants, gift shop and licensed tea room.

When: June, July, August 9am to 7pm daily. September and October 9am to 5pm daily;

How much: 6 adults, 5 concessions, 2 children. Family ticket 15.
