Butterfly and Wildlife Park, Long Sutton

Where: Long Sutton, Spalding, PE12 9LE

What: One of the largest tropical houses in the country. Hundreds of colourful butterflies flying freely in a rainforest setting. There are also crocodiles, snakes, water dragons and an ant room and insectarioum. Outdoors the Lincs Birds of Prey Centre has eagles, owls, falcons, hawks and vultures. See everything from racoons to water buffalo in the exciting new animal collection. Includes 20 acre park and adventure playground with activity castle. Tearooms and gift shop.

When: Open daily, to June 29 10am to 5pm; June 30 to September 7 10am to 5.30pm; September 8 to November 10am to 4.30pm.

How much: 6.50 adults, 4.95 children; 5.95 seniors; family tickets 20 (A2+C2) plus 4 extra child with family.
