WHISSENDINE also has a very special garden open on Sunday in aid of the National Gardens Scheme.

There is a yew hedge, a pergola, an orchard, a Bunny Guinness designed terrace, an orangery, a fountain garden, olive trees and a pool.

Opening hours are 1-5.30pm and there will be plants and teas for sale. Adm 2.50, children free.
