Gear up for classic car show in Bourne

BOURNE Motor Racing Club has its fourth annual Bourne Classic Car & Bike Show at the Wellhead Field off South Street on Sunday 14th June.

The show will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first BRM Formula 1 grand prix win, BRM being the Bourne company founded by Raymond Mays.

There will be several British Racing Motors cars and a race transporter at the show.

As well as lots of classic vehicles, there will be a jazz band, Punch & Judy, crafts stalls, exhibitions and a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flypast.

The Heritage Centre, which has a collection of Bourne motor racing memorabilia, will also be open.

Admission is free and the show will be open from 10am-4.30pm.
