Recital has a flavour of France on February 4

A SPECIAL recital by internationally acclaimed concert pianist Pascal Rogé, will take place at Uppingham School on Saturday next week.

Following recent appearances in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Japan and Britain (Wigmore Hall, Symphony Hall and the Queen Elizabeth Hall), Rogé’s visit to Uppingham offers a very rare opportunity for Rutland to host a live performance from one of the world’s top pianists.

The concert, which is part of the Uppingham School 2012 Keyboard Festival, will start at 7.30pm in The Memorial Hall. The programme includes music by Fauré, Satie, Debussy, Poulenc and Ravel.
