Where: Rutland Open Air Theatre, Tolethorpe Hall, Little Casterton, PE9 4BH

What: With 600 seats under a permanent covered auditorium, only the stage is in the open air in an enchanted wooded glade. It has a high class pre-performance restaurant (advance booking essential) seating up to 90 in two elegant dining rooms, a theatre bar and a large new orangery used for serving interval coffee. When: until August, performances Mondays to Saturdays 8pm. Grounds open for picnics from 5pm. Seaseaon comprises The Wind in the Willows, Romeo and Juliet and Richard III.
