Theatre school pupils are ready to wow London’s West End with two productions.

On Sunday members of Wildcats Theatres School and Post 16 Academy, based in Stamford, will travel to London to take part in the Sunday Night Live event at Her Majesty’s Theatre.

The younger troupe will perform a medley of pieces from Cats, 13 Musical and The Addams Family, while the older students will perform a medley from Ghost.

Kirstie Handley, 18, from Bourne, said: “To be performing on the stage where they perform Phantom of the Opera is amazing.

“I’m extremely nervous right now just thinking about it but I know that when I stand on the stage, I’m not going to be able to stop smiling.”
