Co-op travel shop opens

A TRAVEL shop reopened in Oakham yesterday following a fire at its former site.
Midlands Co-op Travel is open for business in High Street after a fire at the Burley Road supermarket in July.
Since then travel bookings for Oakham were transferred to the Melton branch but after a £20,000 investment holiday-makers can now use the Oakham branch again.
Manager Charlotte Simons said: "We want to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding and look forward to welcoming them back now that we have returned home."
