A MAN and woman each charged with six offences relating to an attack in which a toddler was left scarred by boxer dogs had proceedings against them adjourned.

Maurice Miller, 57,of London, and Tsia Miller, 29,of Linden Way, West Pinchbeck, face three charges each of a dog not being under proper control.
They also face another three charges each of allowing a dog to cause injury in a public place.
The case relates to an incident on August 8 last year, when 20-month-old Claudia Dugmore, of Market Deeping, was allegedly attacked by three dogs outside the Riverside Veterinary Surgery, in Cradge Bank, Spalding.
Spalding magistrates heard the case could have proceeded on Thursday, but for the indecision of the Crown Prosecution Service, and that Maurice Miller had been told by the Crown Prosecution Service not to attend as he would have driven from London to face an adjournment.
Defence solicitor Phil Cookson said agreements had been previously reached with the Crown Prosecution Service, though it had changed its mind "in yo-yo" fashion several times about how to proceed.
Magistrates adjourned the case until Tuesday, June 3, to allow both the Millers to attend.
