Woman died six days after crash

A WOMAN died six days after being involved in a head-on collision near Stamford.
Police are looking for witnesses to the crash on the A43 Stamford Road at Easton-on-the-Hill on Bank Holiday Monday, May 5.

Emma Counsell, 32, from Barnwell Street, Kettering, died from her injuries on Sunday, May 11.

The crash happened at about 3.40pm near the junction with Racecourse Road and involved a blue Peugeot 306 and a grey Nissan Primera.

Witnesses should call the Northamptonshire Police Drivewatch hotline on 0800 174615 or send an SMS message to the police text helpline on 07765 637201.
