A COFFEE morning raised more than £600 for a charity’s work in the Deepings.
Age Concern Deepings organised the event, which ran on Saturday at The Open Door Church in Spalding Road, Deeping St James.
Age Concern holds about three of these events a year to raise funds to run services such as its weekly day care service, handyman service and befriending.
More than 100 people attended to enjoy refreshments and browse stalls.
Chairman Chris Knight said: “It was a brilliant morning.”
