A steady flow of visitors browsing all sorts of stalls helped raise hundreds for charity at a church’s autumn bazaar.
Christ Church in Green Lane, Stamford, held its annual event on Saturday. Stallholders presented a variety of goods for sale, from cakes and books to bric-a-brac, and there were plenty of games and tombolas for people to enjoy.
One of the highlights of the day was the draw for the grand autumn raffle, for which people had bought tickets weeks in advance.
Church warden Dawn Field thanked all those who attended and helped raise about £800 for the church. “We were very pleased,” she added.
