Work has begun on a new village housing development.
The Garage, off the A15 at Northorpe, will comprise 14 three and four-bedroom homes.
The site is being developed by Bourne-based Larkfleet Homes. The firm has designed the new houses to be as energy-efficient as possible, with solar panels fitted as standard.
Larkfleet will also offer the Government’s help to buy scheme, so buyers can get a mortgage on one of the homes with just a five per cent deposit.
Larkfleet chief executive officer Karl Hick said: “The development is in a great location and I am sure that this, coupled with the energy-efficient nature of the properties, will prove popular with homebuyers.”
