The district council is urging residents to sign up to a new campaign and save money on their energy bills.
South Kesteven District Council is one of seven authorities in Lincolnshire to join the Lincolnshire Energy Switch Scheme.
The scheme is based on a collective contract. The more people sign up, the lower prices energy companies are able to offer.
Portfolio holder for healthy environment John Smith (Con) said the council wanted to address the issue of fuel poverty.
Registration is open until February 17 at www.southkesteven.gov.uk/switch
