Business owners were given the chance to grill their MP.
Bourne Business Chamber invited Nick Boles to its most recent meeting. Members asked MP a number of questions.
Chairman Paul Ross said one of the key queries was on the possibility of a north-south Bourne bypass. Mr Boles said this was highly unlikely.
Another question focuses on a potential bridge over Tallington level crossing. Mr Boles again said this was unlikely due to the cost.
And one member brought up the issue of faster broadband for rural areas, particularly the villages around Bourne.
Mr Boles directed members to the www.onlincolnshire.org website which gives a timeline for broadband upgrades.
