A new cycling shop is offering training sessions to children.

Oakham Cycle Centre, which recently opened in Barleythorpe Road, Oakham, has teamed up with national learn to cycle scheme Balanceability to offer six 45-minute training sessions to youngsters aged two-and-a-half to six years.

The centre is providing Kiddimoto bikes for use in the sessions, which aim to teach children to ride a pedal bike confidently without the need for stabilisers.
