Free health and safety training session for businesses in Stamford

FREE health and safety training for businesses is on offer in Stamford tomorrow.

Health and safety consultancy firm Safety Horizon recently opened offices in Lambert Mews, Stamford and is offering a training session as an introductory offer for firms in the area.

The session will be held tomorrow at the Orion Business Centre in Barn Hill from 9am to midday.

Attendees can sample what Safety Horizon has to offer, including practical advice on how to implement effective health and safety procedures into the workplace and keep up to date with legislation.

Colin Nottage who runs the Stamford office, said: “We chose Stamford as it has some great businesses in the surrounding area and it is a beautiful town.

“Tomorrow is a perfect opportunity for some free interactive health and safety training and is a chance to hear more about what we do and how we can support local businesses.

“Health and safety training is important because it helps you comply with the law, reduced the chance of people in your business getting hurt and can even reduce your insurance premiums.”
