Learn about importance of healthy breakfast

A farm shop is inviting its customers to head out of the house for breakfast.

The Granary tea room at Willow Brook Farm Shop in Stamford Road, Helpston Heath, is taking part in National Farmhouse Breakfast Week from Sunday until Saturday next week.

The campaign, now in its 14th year, aims to educate people about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast.

Pupils at St Mary and St John Primary School in North Luffenham will also be taking part in the week.

And the AGA Shop in Lincoln is holding an open day from 11am until 2pm on Saturday next week with breakfasts including traditional Lincolnshire sausages.
