A RETIREMENT development in Bourne has won Larkfleet Homes and Keystone Developments a national housing award.

The Croft, in North Road, won a Housing our Aging Population Panel for Innovation Award at the National Housing Design Awards.

The award celebrates an innovative approach to the design of older people’s housing with a specific focus on the users’ living experience.

The award was collected by Larkfleet’s managing director Karl Hick.
