Tip plan in Baston withdrawn

PLANS for a tip have been withdrawn.

PMK Recycling had applied to Lincolnshire County Council for permission for a household waste recycling centre on the site of its waste management facility in Outgand Road, Baston. Council officers were minded to recommended refusal the application as it would create too much traffic. But PMK Recycling withdrew the application before councillors could discuss it in order to carry out a more detailed survey of vehicle movements near the site.
