Hundreds of pounds was raised for charity by sheltered housing residents and staff on Saturday.
The table top sale at Worth Court in Willoughby Road, Bourne, raised more than £300 and included food and craft stalls, a tombola and raffle.
Support coordinator Marie Madgwick said: “We are very pleased with how it went.
“It was a very good day for everyone here.”
During a busy couple of hours about 100 people browsed and bought from stalls on offer, including a stand selling knitted crafts.
Marie added: “I want to thank everyone for coming and help making it such a special day.”
The money raised will be split between Lace Housing Association’s chosen charities of the year, which are St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice and Headway Lincolnshire.
Headway promotes understanding of all aspects of brain injury and provides information, support and services to people with a brain injury. St Barnabas cares for patients living with life threatening illnesses.
