Children’s author Pippa Goodhart has been keeping youngsters entertained at Rutland Museum as part of a summer reading challenge.

Pippa, who has written more than 80 books, read to more than 30 children and signed books as part of Rutland County Council’s Creepy House initiative to promote libraries.

Craft sessions are taking place at Uppingham Library today from 10.30am to 11.30am and at Ryhall Library on Friday next week.

The events are free.
