A CHRISTMAS fair was held at a village school.
The event at Morton Primary School attracted crowds of visitors who enjoyed having a go at games, including wheel of fortune and lucky dips, as well as trying their luck on the jam jar and chocolate tombolas.
They also tucked into delicious cakes, a barbecue, homemade soups and a warming hot chocolate.
There was also a raffle draw with prizes including days out, hampers and a Branch Bros £100 voucher.
And a visit to Father Christmas in his grotto surrounded by his elf helpers rounded the evening off.
Headteacher George Trafford said: “We are thrilled that so many people came and supported us.”
