Campaigners fighting the closure of council-run libraries will take their case to the House of Commons.
Members of Save Lincolnshire Libraries will travel to London on Tuesday to press their case to keep a comprehensive library service in the county.
The group has been given permission to launch a judicial review against Lincolnshire County Council’s decision to withdraw funding from 32 of its 47 libraries, including Deepings Library in Market Deeping.
Group spokesman Phil Dilks said: “While we want the county council to start talking to us about how a better library service can be delivered, the government and MP’s need to understand how important libraries are.”
The coach has four main pick up points at Mablethorpe, Louth, Lincoln, and the Deepings. Call on 01507 358650 for details.
