Grantham Magistrates Court, July 16
Dr Ridley Surtees, 87, of High Street, Corby Glen, admitted driving without due care and attention in North Street car park, Bourne, on March 15. He was fined £500, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £50. He was also ordered to re-sit his driving test.
Loughborough Magistrates Court, July 17
Neil Lowther, 82, of Sculthorpe Close, Oakham, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at the exit of Rutland Cycling in Normanton Road, Edith Weston. He was fined £470, ordered to pay £60 costs, a £47 victim surcharge and received six points on his licence. He was also ordered to re-sit his driving test.
Spalding Magistrates Court, July 18
Adrian Southwell, 40, of Scotgate, Stamford, admitted possessing a folding knife with a cutting edge larger than 3in in Scotgate, Stamford, on June 12, 2013. He was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £15.
Grantham Magsitrates Court, July 22
Jack Wakefield, 30, of Station Road, Castle Bytham, admitted damaging a plug socket belonging to South Kesteven District Council on May 24, and failing to surrender to custody at Grantham Magistrates Court on July 15, 2013.
He was ordered to pay costs of £40.
Tarzan Hadzaj, 24, of Gladstone Street, Bourne, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on June 18 and June 26. He was ordered to carry out 20 hours of unpaid community work within the next 12 months.
