Grantham Magistrates Court, August 8

Elliott Murphy, 21, of Collins Avenue, Stamford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in St John’s Street, Stamofrd, on July 20, 2013. He was fined £175, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Grantham Magistrates Court, August 9

Luke Grealey, 21, of Gunby, near Colsterworth, admitted driving a Vauxhall Tigra on the A17 without insurance.

He was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20, and had six points put on his licence.

Rahmon Shafau, 37, of Godsey Crescent, Market Deeping, admitted driving a vehicle in St Andrew’s Road, Spalding, without insurance or a valid MOT certificate. He was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £255 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £25.

Grantham Magistrates Court, August 12

Bernadett Carter, 48, of Ryefield, Langtoft, admitted driving a silver Vauxhall Corsa in Ryefield, Langtoft, on July 23, 2013, after consuming so much alcohol she gave a reading of 67 microgrammes in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Anthony Dewer, 33, of Walcot Way, Stamford, admitted damaging a window of Hole In The Wall in Cheyne Lane, Stamford, on July 26, 2013.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, August 7

Sonia Young, 68, of Churchgate Court, Braunston, admitted driving a silver Range Rover without due care and attention at Oakham level crossing on April 8, 2013. She was fined £35, ordered to pay costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £20, and had three points put on her licence.

Christopher Langton, 42, of Bytham Heights, Castle Bytham, admitted using a mobile phone while driving and driving a vehicle he was not authorised to drive on the M1 in Leicestershire on February 27, 2013. He was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £20 and a victim surcharge of £20.
