A council has joined forces with a police and crime commissioner to tackle community safety issues.

Lincolnshire County Council and Alan Hardwick will be working together on issues such as anti-social behaviour, domestic violence and reoffending.

Mr Hardwick said: “The county council and I both aim to protect and improve the lifestyles enjoyed by local residents. We have a number of common goals, and by working together we can achieve these more effectively.”

Mr Hardwick has released his first quarterly performance update, which can be seen at www.lincolnshire-pcc.gov.uk/Policy/Performance.aspx
