Magistrates drop all charges against Gary Robinson

A man will no longer face trial in a magistrates court after all the charges against him were dropped.

Gary Robinson, 31, of Queens Road, Oakham, had pleaded not guilty to possession of cannabis on November 28, 2012; not guilty to handling stolen goods on November 25, 2012; and not guilty to intimidating a witness on December 16, 2012 when he appeared before Loughborough magistrates on January 30.

He had also been facing a charge of assault by beating on December 16, 2012.

All charges were dropped when Mr Robinson returned to the court on Wednesday last week.
