Police have been busy in the Stamford area after a series of crimes were committed.

Tyres have been slashed on a vehicle parked in Radcliffe Road, Stamford.

The criminal damage was caused on Friday night.

Anyone with information about the crime should quote incident number 193 of November 16 when calling police on 101.

Also on Saturday alcoholic spirits were stolen from the Marks & Spencer store in High Street, Stamford, at about 4pm.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the theft to call 101 quoting incident number 316 of November 16.

In the early hours of Sunday, at about 1.50am a man stole an Apple iPhone off a woman in Recreation Ground Road, Stamford.

The man then ran off towards the Recreation Ground park.

Police are currently making ongoing enquiries, anyone who can help with information should call 101 number quoting incident number 34 of November 17.

On Sunday night an iPod was stollen from an unlocked silver Audi A4 in Kesteven Road, Stamford.

Anyone who witnessed people acting suspiciously at this time should call police on 101 quoting incident number 209 of November 17.

On the same night criminal damage was caused to a telephone cashbox in High Street, Stamford.

The attempted theft happened at about 5.30pm. Police said enquires are currently ongoing.

Anyone who witnessed the crime should quote incident number 304 of November 17 when call police.

A large potted plant was stolen from Eight Acres, in Foundry Road, Stamford, between 8pm on Thursday and 6am on Friday.

Quoting crime number 32130045249 when talking to police concerning the theft.

Criminal damage was caused to a silver Hyundai car in Essex Road, Stamford.

A jubilee clip had been cut off from the cars radiator some time between 11am on October 21 and 6am the following day. Quote incident number 154 of October 28.
