CCTV of the woman police want to question in relation to the theft of a TV from the Co-Operative store in Burley Road, Oakham

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they want to talk to about the theft of a TV.

A 32in LCD TV was taken from the Co-operative store in Burley Road, Oakham at about 5.15pm on October 20.

Today (Monday) police released the above image of a woman who they believe was in the store at the time. Officers want to talk to her in relation to the theft.

PC Joe Lloyd, the officer investigating the incident, said: “We have been working with the Co-operative to try and trace the person responsible and we believe the woman in the image was in the store at the time of the theft.

“If you are this woman, or you know her, then please call us and help us with our enquiries.”

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact PC 1312 Joe Lloyd on 101, follow the instructions to leave a message for a police officer and when prompted key in the officer’s identification number 1312.
