Protect your car from thieves

Police are selling security packs to help combat catalytic converter thefts.

The packs are on sale for £5 from the front inquiry desk at Oakham Police Station in Station Road.

They contain a resin and a unique ID number which is registered and provides an identity as unique as a fingerprint.

If you are unable to fit the pack yourself, Adams and Sons garage on the A47 at Morcott have agreed to charge just £10 to fit it for you.
