Loughborough Magistrates Court, May 31

Danny Carroll, 27, of Parkfield Road, Oakham, admitted causing criminal damage to a window and committing an offence while subject to a community order. Community order made, victim surcharge £60.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, June 7

Ketan Patel, 36, of Heron Road, Oakham, was found guilty of failing to comply with a red light at Oakham railway crossing on December 21. Fine £280, victim surcharge £28. Costs £150, three penalty points.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, June 10

Dale Withers, 33, of Recreation Ground Road, Stamford, admitted making off without paying for fuel worth £10 at the service station in Old Great North Road, Little Casterton, on January 27 and making off without paying for fuel worth £10 at Morcott Service Station, Glaston Road, Morcott, on January 28. Fine transferred to South Lincolnshire magistrates, compensation £20, costs £85.

Spalding Magistrates Court, May 23

Antony Sheehan, 29, of Casterton Road, Stamford admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in North Street, Stamford, on February 24. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, victim surcharge £15, costs £85.

James Sheehan, 37, of Coppice Road, Ryhall, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in North Street, Stamford, on February 24. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, victim surcharge £15, costs £85.

Spalding Magistrates Court, May 30

Tamsin Alexander, 39, of Fen Field Mews, Deeping St James, admitted driving while over the alcohol limit in Blenheim Way, Market Deeping on February 8. Alexander had 156mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80mg. Fine £110, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, disqualified from driving for three years.

Daniel Waudby, 22, of Thyme Avenue, Bourne, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Place, Bourne, on May 12. Fine £35, victim surcharge £20, costs £85.

Christian Shepherd, 25, of Low Apley, Market Rasen, was convicted in his absence of two charges of failing to stop or report an accident on March 18 in North Street, Bourne, and one charge of driving without due care and attention. Fine £600, victim surcharge £60, costs £85, eight penalty points.

Spalding Magistrates Court, June 5

Richard Machin, 38, of Hawk Crescent, Bourne, admitted fishing with an unlicensed rod at Lovells Lake, Tallington, on November 17. Fine £50, victim surcharge, £20, costs £127.47.

Spalding Magistrates Court, June 6

Radoslaw Szwejkowski, 25, of Abbey Road, Bourne, admitted driving while over the alcohol limit in Bourne on April 24. Szwejkowski had

49mg of alcohol in 100ml breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Fine £250, victim surcharge £25, costs £85, disqualified from driving for one year to reduce by three months on completion of a course.

Grantham Magistrates Court, May 20

Darren Longmire, 41, of Newstead Mill, Stamford, admitted driving while over the alcohol limit on the A1 on April 21. Community order made, victim surcharge £60, costs £85, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Lee Marvel, 27, of Braemar Close, Stamford, admitted driving while over the alcohol limit in Braemar Close, Stamford, on April 19. Marvel had 95mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg. Community order made, victim surcharge £60, costs £85, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Grantham Magistrates Court, May 28

Peter Pivarnik, 31, of Kesteven Road, Stamford, was convicted in his absence of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence in North Street, Stamford, on March 3. Fine £200, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, three penalty points.

Mark Wheatley, 42, of Tarlock Green, South Witham, admitted assault in South Witham on January 30. Sentenced to 20 weeks in prison suspended for 24 months, supervision order, victim surcharge £80, costs £50.

Grantham Magistrates Court, May 31

Dale Withers, 33, of Recreation Ground Road, Stamford, admitted failing to attend unpaid work in line with a community order on March 10 and May 5. Community order.

Ashley George, 21, of Combermere Barracks, Windsor, admitted driving while over the alcohol limit in Castle Bytham Road, Holywell, on April 3. George had 54mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35mg. Fine £290, victim surcharge £29, costs £85, disqualified for 12 months to reduce by three months on completion of a course.

Lee Gray, 29, of Burghley Street, Bourne, admitted possessing cannabis worth about £200 in Grantham on April 2. Fine £70, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

John Jackson, 49, of Caithness Road, Stamford, admitted failing to stop after an accident in Recreation Ground Road, Stamford, on November 24, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. Fine £445, costs £85, licence endorsed. He also admitted driving while over the alcohol limit in Casterton Road, Stamford, on May 8. Jackson had 56mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35mg. Fine £440, victim surcharge £44, costs £85, disqualified from driving for 15 months to reduce by three months on completion of a course.
Simon Middleton, 33, of Lambeth Walk, Stamford, admitted two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Stamford on December 26 and one charge of assault in Stamford on the same date. Three sentences of 18 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, not to enter The Hurdler, Stamford for 12 months, victim surcharge £80, costs £85.

Nathan Capps, 46, of Home Farm Close, Great Casterton, was found guilty in his absence of driving without a valid insurance policy on December 18. Fine £600, victim surcharge £60, costs £85, six penalty points.

Lisa Shewan, 31, of Whissendine Road, Teigh, admitted driving without a valid insurance policy in Stamford on April 18. Fine £190, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, six penalty points.

Benjamin Winspear, 20, of Burghley Street, Bourne, was found guilty in his absence of driving without valid insurance in Grantham on November 13. Fine £600, victim surcharge £60, costs £85, six penalty points.

Stephanie Geddis, 33, of Black Prince Avenue, Market Deeping, admitted two charges of dishonestly failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances that would affect her claim for housing benefit and council tax benefit, namely living as husband and wife between November 27, 2006 and October 22, 2011. Two sentences of four months in prison suspended for 12 months. Costs £85.

Nicholas Bell, 24, of West Street, Folkingham, admitted failing to attend appointments as required by a community order on April 24 and May 9. Community order varied.

Stuart Possnett, 49, of Main Bank, Tallington Lakes, was found guilty in his absence of failing to notify the secretary of state of a change in name and address as the registered keeper of a vehicle. Fine £200, victim surcharge £15, costs £90.

Jon Walker, 53, of Castle Street, Stamford, was found guilty in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on December 11. Fine £400, pay back vehicle excise duty of £36.67, costs £90.

Charles Webster, 21, of Main Street, Baston, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle in Stamford Road, West Deeping, on January 12. Fine £135, pay back vehicle excise duty of £17.92, costs £90.

Edyta Zuranska, 34, of Templars Way, South Witham, was found guilty in absence of using an unlicensed vehicle in Essex Road, Stamford, on December 21. Fine £600, pay back vehicle excise duty of £122.92, costs £90.

Debra Harrison, 31, of School Lane, Uffington, was found guilty in absence of failing to notify the secretary of state of a change of name and address as the registered keeper of a vehicle. Fine £200, victim surcharge £15, costs £90.

Louise Eyre, 30, of High Street, Pointon, admitted driving an unlicensed vehicle in High Street, Pointon, on January 22. Fine £135, pay back vehicle excise duty of £36.67, costs £90.

Alan Flanders, 29, of Essex Road, Stamford, was found guilty in absence of failing to notify the secretary of state of a change of name and address as the registered keeper of a vehicle. Fine £200, victim surcharge £20, costs £90.

Nicola Burton, of Tully Close, Bourne, was found guilty in absence of using an unlicensed vehicle outside Wake House in North Street, Bourne, on December 15. Fine £500, pay back vehicle excise duty of £65, costs £90.

Benjamin Chettle, of North-umberland Avenue, Stamford, was found guilty in absence of failing to notify the secretary of state of a change of name and address as the registered keeper of a vehicle. Fine £200, victim surcharge £20, costs £90.

Suzannah Barnes, of Cawthorpe, Bourne, admitted failing to hand back a licence for a vehicle issued on receipt of a cheque which did not clear. Fined £95, ordered to pay back vehicle excise duty of £22.50, costs £90.
