Pupils got their pens and pencils out for a national celebration of drawing.
Stamford Endowed Schools took part in The Big Draw on Friday last week.
The theme for this year’s initiative was “draw tomorrow” and children were encouraged to think about where a career in art and design could lead them in the future.
Stamford School pupils produced a large ceramic mosaic which will be displayed on the exterior wall of the Richard Harris Art centre.
And at Stamford High School pupils were inspired to draw images from everyday life and consider how they might change in the future.
Art teacher Charlotte Walkin said: “The whole day was a huge success.”
