Fashion students have been learning the craft of window dressing.

Level 3 extended diploma in fashion and clothing students at New College Stamford were given a project to design window displays for Lulu in St Paul’s Street and Oxfam in High Street.

The displays proved so popular the students were asked back to do another for Oxfam as stock sold out.

Lecturer Rachel Cooper said: “Working with real high street businesses has been a fantastic learning experience for the students and the contrast between the two shops has really challenged their thinking.”
