YOUNG people have been having a go at a range of new games and activities as part of National School Sports Week.
Children at Langtoft Primary School welcomed specialist coaches into the school to teach them things like American football, aerobics and kick-off soccer.
Some of the children also had the chance to try out some dance mats.
PE co-ordinator Joanne Graves said the aim of the week was to offer the children new opportunities and to boost their enthusiasm for sport.
She said: “The children had a great attitude towards the week and they all had a good time having a go at the different sports.
“Some of them have gone on to join after-school clubs in the different sports too.”
All of the school’s pupils got involved in the week’s activities from the reception class to Year 6 pupils with different sports for different age groups.
