They were the questions Year 7 pupils at Stamford High School had to consider while investigating the crime scene, evaluating the evidence and reaching a conclusion about the Tollund Man - a naturally mummified corpse discovered in Denmark in the 1950s. Their verdict? He was probably sacrificed to the Gods.
The exercise was aimed at developing pupils understanding of historical study. Teacher Amanda Rackham, said: “The girls really enjoyed the whole experience.”
