Five sixthformers are celebrating after receiving offers to study from a top university.

The Year 13 pupils at Stamford Endowed Schools have all been offered places at the University of Cambridge.

Bronte Philips has been offered a place to read Arabic and Persian at Newnham College; Jessica Braid has an offer to read History at Selwyn College; Camilla Beech, has an offer to read English with Education at Homerton College; Emily Malvaso has an offer to read Law at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge and Jamie Sproul has been offered a place to read Human, Social and Political Science at Trinity College.
